At Akfixstore, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly. For this reason, the window to cancel an order is short and depends on the order status when we receive your request.
Order Cancellation Eligibility
You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still return the product under our Refund Policy.

Processing Time and Weekend Orders
- Weekdays: Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on business days usually ship the same day, so the cancellation window is very short. If you wish to cancel, contact us right after placing your order.
- Weekends and holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day, so a cancellation may still be possible until the order is processed that morning.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If we cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to post it.
After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after delivery under our Refund Policy.
