Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, shipping costs are determined at checkout based on current UPS or USPS rates.

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days using UPS or USPS.
  • For quicker delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. The final delivery timeframe will depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Please note: Shipping is available only to the contiguous United States. At this time, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, or other international locations.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on regular business days will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped the following business day.

While we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. If an item is out of stock or if there’s an issue with your order, you’ll be notified promptly, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This tracking number can be used on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you’ve created an account on Akfixstore.com, you can also log in to view your order details, including tracking information, directly from your account dashboard.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address and carrier availability. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or lost packages, and Akfixstore.com is not responsible for such occurrences.

If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@akfixstore.com. We will do our best to update your address before the package ships.
