• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of debris for optimal adhesion.
• Temperature: For best results, ensure the can is at room temperature (+68°F / 20°C) for at least 12 hours before application. The application temperature should be between 41°F (5°C) and 86°F (30°C).
• Layering: A maximum thickness of 1 inch should be applied in a single batch. If a thicker coating is desired, wait a minimum of 30 minutes between layers and lightly spray the surface with water before applying the next layer.
• Cure Time: Tack-free in approximately 7±3 minutes, with a full cure in 24 hours.
• Clean-up: Clean fresh foam with Akfix Foam Cleaner; cured foam must be removed mechanically.
